OUR COMMUNION BREAD
Our communion bread is made fresh each Sunday before the connection service.
We use Bob’s Red Mill – Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix, which is wheat free, gluten free and dairy free.
The ingredients are: garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, corn starch, white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, turbinado sugar, fava bean flour, xanthan gum, active dry yeast, potato flour, sea salt (magnesium carbonate), guar gum, soy lecithin
Also included in the recipe: rice milk, olive oil, cider vinegar, an egg, and egg whites.
